It's vegan too! You can certainly still use parmesan rather than nutritional yeast as well.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
juice of 1/2 Meyer lemon
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
