Learn more about the impactful health benefits and uses of the plants growing in your backyard. In addition to admiring the beauty of the blossoms and leaves of our gardens, lies a secret tea garden. It is a place where your creativity and passions are expressed in the form of brewed teas from common herbs and plants. These plants can promote positive qualities to various health systems, both mentally and physically. We will explore how to utilize plants for tea blends, the energetics of the plants and health benefits. This will be presented by a local herbalist, Christina Brown, with The Ginger Tea Company.
